| I recently had winter tires put on. KT received 2 tires from Winnipeg and had them waiting for me at the time of my appointment. The 2 others were in storage. I dropped the car off early. Picked it up 2 hours later and drove off. Everything went without a hitch. |

| Had a flat on Saturday. The crew were able to ascertain that it couldn't be fixed so they almost immediately put on the summer tires instead. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. On a Saturday. Very impressed. |
